The demand for various types of extreme tourism in the world is constantly growing, and, consequently, the demand for new places for special training of tourists is increasing .Mountains are the place where there are favorable conditions for its development: factors that determine both the development of tourism in General (climate, landscapes, sea recreation, cultural and historical resources), forming the demand for recreation, and specific, directly providing the emergence and functioning of active tourism. The mining entertainment industry has recently relied on extreme tourism. This is a promising direction for some operators becomes a profile. However, it does not use a tenth of its own capabilities.
Taking into account the above, the purpose of this work is based on the territorial analysis of the factors of formation and features of the development of extreme tourism to develop an object to improve the tourism industry.

This place, taken for design, club of extreme tourism is in the mountains at the foot of Elbrus.
During the development of the project, both the analysis of the territory and the analysis of the landscape of the area was carried out. The object itself is focused on the ski station, has amazing views of the mountain range.
