Idea projektu
The project was developed based on the culture of the city of St. Petersburg, which includes well-like courtyards and "underground" culture. Based on this, it was proposed to design 1) an underground park in the form of closed courtyards of the city, 2) an observation deck with a view of the most famous cathedrals of the city, 3) a rain garden with a reference to the fact that it always rains in the city, as well as 4) a neutral island, Vatnyy island, since this place was previously divided into two islands. The functions of the park consist of the wishes of the residents, which were revealed during the survey.
