Idea projektu
The idea behind this project is to provide convenient place for their special users. this group of people always have been forgotten, when it comes to their eating behaviour. this project specified for vegetarians, since we can’t see specific eating places for this group very much, and it is very rare specially in Istanbul and the place where this project is going to be located. the special features that a vegetarian has in their lifestyle and the problems they are going through every day and struggling for finding a space where they can be comfortable mentally and physically led me to focus on this topic and design a comfortable spot for them.

this project is focusing on providing comfortable area for their users, mentally and physically. so they can be recharged for doing their rest of activities during the day. since this project is located in a office building, it require more to focus on the workers, and their needs during the day.
the concept of 4 elements in my project help to adapt these natural qualities to the space. the space generally designed with natural elements, and these natural elements help the customers and users to feel in peace.
for example: the usage of water in my space as a water fall decoration. the sound of water itself is a music to the ears. the usage of plants all over the space outdoor/indoor. the usage of fire pots in outdoor make that area social and cosy. so all these features make the atmosphere comfortable for users.
Technické informace
this project is located inside a existed office/residential building. which has 30 floors. but our project is on the ground floor which has a terrace connected to it. the total height of the floor is 6meters but we have added a mezzanine floor to our restaurant.
it includes two entrances from the terrace and the other one from inside the building, one industrial kitchen + changing room for stuffs, a toilet for stuffs, storage, eating area indoor and outdoor, wc for men and women in ground floor.
for mezzanine floor, there is a manager room and also eating area.
there is a also a cover for the terrace, made out of glass and metal, for climate changes.
