Idea projektu

The urban expansion of the city is no longer a quantitative and qualitative element of space. For what can be identified in Fontibón (13-Av. Boyacá-Av. Cali) a problem such as the worsening of public space due to the lack of optimal urban dimensions of youth practices such as urban trends; Skateboard, Bmx, Grafitti, Roller among others. To improve the deficit in public space indicators and rehabilitate the main ecological structure, it is proposed to integrate these problems through urban trends to respond to the needs of public space in the Fontibon Locality. Through the collection of information and reverse engineering through analysis of urban trends projects in the city of Bogotá and their responses to the community to guarantee the best experiences, through a hybrid project; where its space is suitable for the practice of sport and the multiplicity of the urban and architectural aesthetic program prepared for the contemporary city.

Popis projektu

In the architectural design allows the flexibility of the spaces by means of the concept was established; hybrid. That develops multifunctional spaces in architectural design. The urban design by integrating with the building in having the same activity and in the constructive design liberating the space with the structural proposal, allowing to have a concurrent design to solve a problem.
What was stated in the introduction, the How to integrate the Public Space to the Main Ecological Structure through urban activities that allow appropriation by the community? It responds by integrating the youth with their urban tendencies in the public space by having interventions in front of the river such as footbridges, squares in which they allow activating these areas by the community and establishing another course for the zoning of the rounds of the water sources.

Technické informace

It is necessary to specify that projects of public interest must have an environmental technological approach regardless of whether they are in a natural context, since for the community projects that favor the development of the population must be established, through energy savings, water and reducing the carbon footprint. For this reason, the project uses recyclable, removable materials and can be reused either for a new use in the future or for immediate project savings.
In the construction design, the materiality linked to the environment and the type of structure depending on the program were taken into account. In order not to interrupt sports activities, a steel truss-type spatial structure is incorporated and in the service area as an independent volume a dual system in particular.
The steel truss-type spatial structure fulfills the function of freeing up space and allowing sports activities to develop normally without obstacles in the middle of the space.
