Idea projektu

On the cadastral parcel Z3-107, the task envisages a facility located in the city of Tivat in Montenegro. The concept of the building derives from the terrain configuration that dictates the course of the room orientation.
- The plot is oriented to the southeast with a longer side, P= 455m2.
- The building follows the fall of the terrain and is designed as a modern family house, floors P + 1. It is designed to meet the requirements of solar architecture with various active and passive systems.

The living areas are oriented to the southeast in the ground floor, while the auxiliary rooms are to the northwest.
- The night zones are designed on the first floor separate from the day zone, and the bedrooms are oriented to the southwest.
- In the ground floor of the building, there is a living room, kitchen, dining room, work space and service toilet, as well as a pantry with a technical room that are buried in the ground. The living room is designed to have a higher floor height and is lower than the level of 0.00 by 75 cm following the configuration of the terrain, which is more favorable for the summer period and room ventilation because it is the lowest point in the building partially buried in the ground.
- The floor of the building is planned as a sleeping area with two bedrooms and a "master-bedroom" and a wardrobe for parents.

Technické informace

- Passive systems include movable sunshades that prevent direct intrusion of sunlight into the building from the southeast in the summer, canopies, ventilated facade and an opening in the ceiling (roof window) above the stairwell that serves to create a chimney effect and heating in winter. The planned green roof prevents the room from overheating in the summer. In the ground floor, in accordance with the concept and modern design of the building on the southeast side, the Thrombe wall is planned, which works on the principle of accumulation of solar heat and its emission into the interior of the building during the night.

The openings on the facades are positioned so as to make the best use of the natural ventilation of the building, so we have horizontal ventilation in both directions and vertical ventilation through the roof window above the stairwell.

- Active panels include solar panels that are placed in front of the roof window so that they prevent direct intrusion of sunlight into the building in summer.

- The construction of the building is reinforced concrete, with partition inner walls. The materials used on the building are glass, wood and stone as a finish for the ventilated facade.
