Idea projektu

A concept house that can be build on terrain with slopes, this idea came to me due to the fact that we have a lot of parcels with slopes.

Popis projektu

designed for a conventional family of 3 people,
house concept has 2 bedrooms with floor tiles 60 x 60 cm, 1 bathroom with cold and heated water wall tiles 60 x30 cm and floor tiles 60 x 60 cm, high porch wooden deck with a jacuzzi on top of an 2 car parking garage with automated door.

Technické informace

build with concrete blocks 8" thick on ground floor, concrete slabs 150mm hick, 1st floor walls are also concrete block 6" thick, natural ceramic tiles, ceiling gypsum board painted white, glass windows and glass doors are tinted silver,
