Idea projektu

The shape of this project is a result of the priority given to ventilation and illumination of the departmental units to give the users the best quality of life possible.
At the time of designing the ground floor, we gave importance to the fact that the building borders two public squares, and decided to give the building an identity: we wanted the building to be a meeting point for the citizens. That is why the main floor is equipped to function as a public space, embracing the public squares on its sides.

Popis projektu

The building is located in Palermo, Buenos Aires in the country of Argentina. It is a department building that is composed of 54 department units.
The 10th floor was designed to unify the three main towers and is entirely accommodated with amenities for all the users to enjoy, it is the tallest floor with a height of 6 meters.

Technické informace

The project consists of a concrete structure that can be visually perceived as four towers unified by a concrete 4.5 meters tall wall in the grownd floor.
On the sides of each tower, a brick skin was installed to help the users conserved their privacy. This skin was specially designed to do so.
