Idea projektu
The project idea was to create an artistic studio which will be connect with artist's mind and outstanding building in a Historical valuable area.
Popis projektu
This project is done in First year second semester. The client was Sri Lankan famous Hip-Hop dancer and a singer. And the total building area is 50 sqm. This building has three floors. Ground floor is living area with small pantry. Second floor is studio area which will be used for music recordings and singing practices. Third floor is the bed room. From the bed room there is a sea view and city view. These spaces connected by vertical concrete core. This core has a lift which use for vertical circulation. These three spaces have different views.
Technické informace
The total structure is shear wall structure. Center of the building has vertical concrete core. The two floors are hang by this Vertical core.
