Generally the initial idea take place when i studied about the psychology of humans than I came to know the human personalities are categorized in 2 terms some are introvert and other one are extrovert due to this I design the spaces according to them I create one side with noisy and other quiet zone with two basic shapes of geometry.

the overall design of library conceptually based on introvert and extrovert so I design some formal and informal spaces regarding this.

Popis projektu

On the site/location where I design a library is one of the most important roads of Lahore where two famous building are placed one is emporium mall and other is expo center. Due to this, the location has fairly good urban connections. On the side of site a large residential area is overlapping and some areas are vacant.
The whole design categories into two zone of spaces which is quiet and other is noisy.

1. The open spaces are given for parking and future extension.
2. Some outdoor seating are also provide under the trees and create some green environment for healing.
3. The entrance is semi covered with the louvers.
4. Screen patterns are also provide for the light source into the library

Characteristics of a structure:
1. Span between supporting element is strengthen (column beam structure)
2. Transmitted daylight (skylights)
3. Diffuse light for books
4. Controlled sound(nrc and stc rating)
The ground floor having library and on other zone having thesis hall, cafe, meeting room, exhibition hall, children library and administration. Parking for cars are also available near the entrance.
