Project description

- Project BLOB-DROP is the next stage of the human dwelling,
- The object adapts itself to the function, shape and structure of the surroundings which creates it is shape,
- The detached house BLOB-DROP is designed for a more demanding 3-member family but the disposition can also be adapted for a larger family,
- In the next stages, the project can be combined into groups that will form units in the form of: hospitals, nurseries, administrative buildings.

Technical information

CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM

- The house is a combination structure,
- It is pile foundation, of fers the possibility to place the house on various substrates. The house thanks to them stands at the heigh of 1400mm, foundation covered with a layer of hardered Technistone. At this level there is also the technical equipment of the house,
- Walls: Party -400 mm
Partition-200 mm
Columns- 200x200 mm
- The facade material is made of Technistone, which is attached to the walls by means of steel profiles.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
- Materials used: wood, concrete, steel, ferro-concrete & Technistone,
- The staircases are made of steel, floors of vinyl or of hardered stone Technistone, which is used for stairsteps as well as kitchen countertops and facade.
- All glass is with solar glazing to increase the efficient use of solar energy, the house also contains 6 large photovoltaic panels of triangular shape, on the very top of the building.
- Heating :The building will use hot air heating and cooling. As a heat and cool source, an air / water heat pump solar energy will be used.
