Inclusive School of Medical Cybernetics

Pauline Sommer

Project idea

The idea of the project is to create an inclusive school for children with disabilities. The school has two areas - robotics and biology. In primary and secondary schools, students study these areas of their choice. In high school, students have the opportunity to prepare for admission to medical cybernetics and study the device of prosthetics. This is especially useful for children with disabilities. They will be able to understand for themselves that nothing is impossible and create their own projects. And

Project description

The project consists of two blocks - a block with a biological bias and a block with a robotics bias. The ground floor is shared for important events. The upper floors are connected by bridges, which allows students from different directions to communicate with each other. On the top floor there are greenhouses for growing plants and testing laboratories for robotics.

Technical information

The main materials are architectural concrete and glass. Automatic blades are located around the perimeter of the entire facade to provide insolation in classrooms and laboratories. The roof is also equipped with this technology for greenhouse lighting.
