The idea of this project is born from the growing need for spaces that foster innovation, creativity, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The Techno Park is designed as a dynamic hub where art and technology meet — a place that supports inventors, artists, researchers, and the public through shared infrastructure and a vibrant cultural environment. Inspired by the social theories of Henri Lefebvre and the experiential principles of Juhani Pallasmaa, the project rethinks how architecture can support not only function but also human experience and social interaction.
This project includes the following main zones:
• Technology Labs (research and development)
• Creative Studios (art, digital media, and fabrication)
• Performance & Exhibition Spaces
• Co-working & Incubation Areas
• Outdoor Plazas and Public Interaction Zones
The spatial organization is based on a modular grid, with advanced/recessed volumes to create visual rhythm and variety. The layout encourages cross-disciplinary exchange while respecting privacy and acoustical needs. The overall built area is 10,000 m² on a 25,000 m² site.
The project is based on a modular steel frame structure, allowing flexibility and adaptability for future changes. The façade combines transparent and opaque materials — glass, metal panels, and perforated elements — balancing light control and aesthetics. Sustainable features include green roofs, passive ventilation strategies, and solar energy integration. The circulation is organized to promote accessibility and wayfinding, with a strong emphasis on spatial experience and natural light.
