Project description

The village project, located on a territory of 56 hectares, between the village of Podlesye-Radvanicheskoe and the village of Herma, Brest region, was developed taking into account the further annexation of neighboring villages and the formation of a single settlement with an emphasis on the eco-diversity of architectural solutions, convenience and comfort of the urban environment. Particular attention is paid to environmentally friendly technologies and infrastructure that minimize the impact on the environment. The village includes manor and block development. The shopping and entertainment center, administrative area and leisure center are a single interconnected territory, everything is located on the ground floors, which allows residents to meet their daily needs within a few minutes' walk. Kindergartens and schools are located within walking distance. The project is focused on creating a comfortable, functional and environmentally sustainable living environment, where every resident will find the necessary conditions for living, working and relaxing.
