The idea of this project is to create a well-structured, inclusive, and multifunctional educational environment that supports holistic learning. Inspired by the need for a modern and flexible school campus, the design addresses the importance of blending academic spaces with creative and community-oriented zones. The objective is to enhance student engagement, comfort, and collaboration through spatial variety and thoughtful circulation while ensuring safety and accessibility.
This project consists of a comprehensive high school design with four levels—Ground, First, Second, and Third floors. The main areas include:
Academic Blocks for Grades 1 to 12
Library, Computer Labs, and Science Laboratories
Art and Music Rooms to encourage creativity
Multipurpose Halls for events and activities
Administrative Block with staff rooms and principal's office
Playground and designated Drop-off Zones
The circulation pattern and zoning focus on smooth transitions, age-based separation, and natural lighting, making it both functional and student-friendly.
The building employs a reinforced concrete frame structure for durability and cost-efficiency. The design considers climatic factors with proper ventilation and shaded areas to reduce heat gain. Large fenestrations allow natural lighting, and open common areas improve passive cooling. The site layout ensures clear vehicular and pedestrian movement, with separate service zones. The construction materials are selected for longevity and ease of maintenance, aligning with both safety standards and environmental considerations.
