Project idea

The project is a cultural and art center inspired by the Impression movement of art.
From the dependence of its trailblazers on the existence of the manifest influence of colors in some parts of the artistic painting and the unified character of the paint and the continuation of the first impression inside the space. Replacing gray and brown colors with brighter and more lustrous colors to provide an exciting visual experience Claude Monet, the pioneer of the influential school, relied on the organic style and the curves and ripples of water.
The combination of postmodern organic styles and vibrant colors with artistic paintings in some parts of the space There are places for drawing and art workshops in the open air in the manner and style of the impression movement trailblazer.
There is an art gallery exhibition for each of the trailblazers of impressionism (Edgar Degas - Claude Monet - Camille PISSARRO).

Project description

The combination of futuristic organic styles and vibrant colors with artistic paintings in some parts of the space There are places for drawing and art workshops in the open air in the manner and style of the impression movement trailblazer.
There is an art gallery exhibition for each of the trailblazers of impressionism (Edgar Degas - Claude Monet - Camille PISSARRO).
There is an atelier to get the experience of life drawing with others and also a workshop area for kids.

Technical information

The 4,000 square-meter project takes shape with its sustainability at its core with a high percentage of locally procured materials and is equipped with future-ready technologies to enable operations at LEED Platinum standards with net-zero emissions and minimal energy consumption.

Glass reinforced fiber panels reduce solar gain while slab and glass cooling regulate interior temperatures for optimum comfort. On-site water treatment filtrates wastewater to minimize consumption while a solar farm charges Tesla battery packs to meet the building’s energy demand throughout each day and night.
