Project idea

Exhibition in the utility rooms of the Bethlehem Chapel, which is connected with priest John Huss, 15th century catholic church reformer, is dedicated to its difficult history since medieval times through its demolition and rebuilding in 1950s. Each historical chapter is presented to the visitor in separate room. Every room has its own atmosphere and expression, yet all are connected and telling one story. Exhibition is passing information in different ways - text, interactive presentation, voice information etc. If observant visitors may find hidden extra interesting information throughout the tour.

Project description

Proposal consists of ideological, material and lightning design.

Technical information

The main material connecting all the rooms is rusty copper, being the typical material the visitor can encounter in the streets of Prague. Other materials used are oak wood, black matte steel, white plaster and epoxide spatula.
