Project idea

The concept of the project is based on the union of two sites, using the boundary between them as a common passage between the two neighbors. This passage is a symbol of living in the community, dissolving barriers between people. This "interior street" becomes a meeting place for residents.

Project description

The project aims to revitalize the community through a set of houses that share common spaces. The access to the houses is made through a passage that helps the dialogue between the houses. This passage guide to a lobby and a courtyard, destined for the whole community.The ensemble consists of five houses that communicate through an interior street. Each house also benefits from a private courtyard and terrace.

Technical information

The construction is made of brick masonry. White plaster finish. It consists of three floors.
