Project idea

The tourist residence complex in Tehran, with the approach to combining the parametric and Suprematism style design, has the idea of defining a tourist's behavior scenario in the complex. The complex consists of 5 main buildings including Hotel, Office, Commercial, Cultural, and Recreational. In all of these 5 buildings and landscapes, fluidity is the main idea behind the whole collection. The ceiling of the commercial segment is a recreational destination for tourists, so that there is access to this part from the hotel, office, and cultural building. Considering the fact that the old markets of Iran had a ceiling lightning element, the idea of commercial roof design was inspired by the old model of the Iranian market in the form of modern and fluid designs

Project description

The project is located in Shahrak-e-Gharb, Iran Zamin street in Tehran. The area of the land area is 40000 square meters. That Includes 20,000 square meters of occupancy level of the building.
The complex contains a hotel with 11 floors, parking on 5 floors, commercials On 2 floors, and cultural recreational in 10800 square meters.
considering the idea of defining the tourist's behavior scenario, it was decided to determine the approximate location of buildings by the parametric method by optimizing the route between the building complexes.
Considering the 25% slope of the land and its northern and southern stretch, they have to be in the best position relative to each other so that access from the main street to the buildings is done in the best way, as well as the tourist to any target entered Other sections are also unconsciously associated with the excitement of motion to explore the spaces. Also, the distance between buildings is reasonable. As a result, with the aid of GrassHopper software, radial points were considered on the site with respect to the slope of the land, as the points of the five main buildings. After selecting the randomization points, it was determined that the points should be considered for only 5 points of the optimization process.
The Galapagos Plugin was used to create multiple parameters for optimizing building distances so that several parameters could be analyzed simultaneously and selected the best answer for further designing. So the first parameter that matters in this research is the distance between buildings. If the center of the buildings were assumed to be, the algorithm of the parameter so that the distance between the points is 40 to 100 meters. Then, due to the slop of the land, the second parameter for optimization is the mean height of the points according to topographic elevation codes. So that the points are in place to have the least excavation in that location and the least height differences over each other.
On the eastern side and along the northern and southern side there is a water channel pathway, where the standard distance between the buildings is important. In this way, the spacing of at least 30 meters from the channel was considered for buildings. As a sixth parameter, the distance from the main Iranian mainland was between 25 and 35 meters.
Because of the proximity to the building of the SHahrvand, the appropriate distance should be maintained so that in terms of access and design of the buildings in a favorable condition of the existing building. In this way, the algorithm was used as the final parameter of the average distance of 50 to 80 m from the SHahrvand. All parameters were gathered in the software and analyzed by the Galapagos plugin. There were numerous genes and answers to this process that, based on the needs, were chosen as the best solutions for designing the best locations for 5 buildings. In the final answer, the distance between points is 45 to 75. The distance from the main street to the center of the buildings is 32 meters and the distance from the river is at least 38 meters. The points are along with each other and in the best position relative to the gradient of the earth, so they have the least amount of excavation. Also, their distance from the neighborhood is reasonable. It also provides a way of placing buildings along and coinciding with the slope of the Earth causing fluidity and flow.
In order to design the first lines, due to parametric, suprematism, and topographic form patterns, it was decided to use the topographic lines, tidal flood lines, and lines drawn by the center of the buildings to plot the original pattern to form a suitable pattern in Together with the Iranian culture in a new way. According to the analysis, the movement of people was obtained approximately in the site and buildings. Because people do not always move on a straight line, diversity in the direction of travel in a tourist resort is very important for attracting tourists and creating attraction for him.
In order to design the entrance of the hotel, in addition to the special design of Persian cuisine, but with an exquisite form, the entrance of the car is organized. Entrance underground parking, on the right, valet parking on the left, the hotel's guests are traversed from the central part and the route for emergencies. There is also the left side of the space entrance as a delivery.
The pedestrian path on the site and the entrance and exit to the buildings are very fluid and exciting. From the terrace of the coffee shop, the hotel is facing the lobby entrance to the hotel. On the 2nd floor of the hotel, where parking and office use are located, access to the commercial roof, which is a space for fun and hiking. Also, tourists who use only the resort and commercial areas can easily enter the parking lot from the commercial ceiling.
The concept of fluidity has also been used to design the hotel's vertical circulation. So that several elevators have access to different classes. As noted, pink lifts are only accessible to hotel rooms and apartments, so that passengers can enjoy safety while traveling. To shape the market and create fluidity in it, firstly, the old Iranian markets were studied to design a market pattern in the old, in a new and parametric way. In all the examined markets, the three main elements are the market's linearity, the use of lightning on the roof, and arch arches. Therefore, in order to parametrize the market form and design based on the fluidity of suprematism, the results of for mattering according to the existing parameters are investigated.

Technical information

The tourists can easily get to the whole collection and enjoy the space, and every time they enter the complex, they will create a new motoring scenario for their leisure and, in accordance with their needs, along with cultural interactions, also enjoy the spaces.
In order to achieve optimal form both in terms of structure and in terms of coordination with cultural, environmental, and other parameters of this research, the design was eventually designed for hotel and cultural buildings, as well as Roof Garden and also the unit pattern corresponding to the market ceiling in other buildings is repeated. The material is intended for this concrete ceiling. And the structural strength analysis is also optimized with the karamba and Galapagos plugins.
According to the design, due to the high building of the hotel (ground floor, 10 upstairs, and 4 floors below the ground), the considered structural system is considered without a column in the center of the plan as a nuclear system. This type of structure is designed to provide optimal conditions for flexible floor plans and tiling. Possibilities for the reorganization of different architectural spaces on each floor. Designing of structures with elevation performance with the aim of providing maximum reduction of vertical elements in terms of number And in terms of cross-sectional dimensions. Three concrete cores were designed at the center of the plan, which is transmitted to the center of the planes at the base of the bed for centuries and directed to the ground centrally. Also, in the design of the hotel, for the large openings and places where the console is allowed, shear walls are seen around the plan. Cultural, administrative, and commercial buildings are also due to high precision and free plans of the concrete core system. Based on the final analysis of software, due to the fact that the three points of the central core plan were designed as stairs and elevators, the pressure and tensile strength of the structure were investigated and placed in the risk areas of the shear walls.
In the design of a commercial roof structure, the roof structure, in the form of a compressive network of the chain, is a double-sided curved-plate lattice structure with continuous linear members, in which it is transmitted by two-dimensional pressure through the loads To be used. Optimized commercial suspended ceilings are achieved with the 8% standard slope for pedestrians, using the Karamba and Galapagos plugins.
