Project idea

The project seeks to connect
that existing on the ground by means of a tape, integrating them and generating a space of common interaction between the two. The volumetric game is sought following a rhythm that develops throughout its entire length, differentiating in its form functions and spatialities.
In turn, a language is sought from its materiality, inspiring us in the environment and context, with the intention of representing the origins and respecting traditional construction techniques, thus achieving a timeless aesthetic of rustic finishes that connect us more with the natural world.

Project description

The project seeks to integrate and contain the established buildings to generate a set of activities, respecting the entire heritage with the flexible activities proposed in the use and activities to develop and thus integrate different user profiles.

Technical information

At the urban level, the proposed idea seeks to be a connector to both sides of the land, generating multiple possibilities for improvement in the immediate context of the land under analysis. A street is also proposed that would improve access to the CDC.
