The main responsibility of Cultural House is to connect with a large number of visitors through educational facilities. Cultural Houses should coordinate with the urban and local populations so that they can connect with different classes of society.
These centers can be an important criterion in the development of educational, scientific, recreational, industrial, tourism activities. Today, the Cultural House must be socially attractive and reflect the different cultures and ambitions.
