The aim of this project was to promote the working environment of low street food vendors.. In Tanzania many people engage in street food vending whereby the working conditions are not favourable, thus this proposal will help to promote and improve their working conditions and also ensures food safety and healthy of their customers...
Project description
I used shipping container as a structure.. The front facade opens downward and can be used as floor for eating area..
In consideration of the economy of low street food vendors, kiosk has a favourable size which is flexible and can be affordable by low-income people..
