ČEŠTINA

Základní myšlenkou projektu bylo navrátit život, světlo a smysl zchátralé stavbě v mimořádně hodnotném územním kontextu. Objekt se nachází na jižní Moravě u rybníka Nesyt, v těsné blízkosti vinic, tedy v krajině s výraznou identitou, rytmem a historií. Projekt reaguje na tuto specifickou polohu a pracuje s ní jako s klíčovým formotvorným prvkem.

Návrh vychází z principu redukce – vědomého odebrání přibližně 40 % původního objemu stavby. Tento zásah nebyl destrukcí, ale prostředkem k očištění hmoty a vytvoření nových prostorových vztahů. Uvolněním hmoty vznikl přirozený průjezd a plynulý pohyb po pozemku, čímž se objekt znovu otevřel svému okolí. Část odebraného objemu je reinterpretována v podobě zaoblené pergoly, která slouží jako přechod mezi architekturou a krajinou.

Hlavním architektonickým tématem projektu je práce s přirozeným světlem. Světlo zde není pouze doplňkem, ale základním nástrojem návrhu, který formuje prostor, atmosféru i každodenní život obyvatel. Orientace domu na jižní stranu v kombinaci se střešními okny zajišťuje celodenní prosvětlení interiéru a posiluje vztah mezi vnitřním a vnějším prostředím.

Projekt je inspirován italskou architekturou, zejména v její jednoduchosti, práci s proporcí a přirozeném dialogu se krajinou. Tento přístup vytváří paralelu mezi vinicemi jižní Moravy a kulturní krajinou Středomoří. Výsledkem je stavba, která propojuje minulost se současností a představuje citlivý příklad obnovy brownfieldu s důrazem na světlo, prostor a krajinu.

The core idea of the project was to restore life, light, and meaning to a deteriorated structure situated within an exceptionally valuable landscape context. The building is located in South Moravia, near the Nesyt pond and adjacent vineyards—an area defined by strong identity, rhythm, and cultural history. The design responds directly to this setting, treating the landscape as a fundamental formative element of the architecture.

The proposal is based on the principle of reduction—the deliberate removal of approximately 40% of the original building volume. This intervention was not conceived as destruction, but as a process of purification, enabling new spatial relationships to emerge. By reducing the mass, a natural passage and fluid movement across the site were created, reopening the building to its surroundings. A fragment of the removed volume is reinterpreted as a curved pergola, functioning as a transitional element between architecture and landscape.

The primary architectural theme of the project is natural daylight. Light is not treated as a secondary feature but as a central design tool that shapes space, atmosphere, and everyday living. The south-facing orientation of the building, combined with roof windows, ensures continuous daylight throughout the day and strengthens the relationship between interior and exterior environments.

The project draws inspiration from Italian architecture, particularly in its simplicity, proportional clarity, and natural dialogue with the landscape. This approach establishes a conceptual connection between the vineyards of South Moravia and the cultural landscapes of the Mediterranean. The result is an architecture that bridges past and present while offering a sensitive example of brownfield regeneration focused on light, space, and landscape.

Popis projektu

ČEŠTINA

Projekt řeší kompletní transformaci původního objektu na plnohodnotný rodinný dům. Návrh zahrnuje částečnou demolici, rekonstrukci zachované části stavby a její architektonické i funkční přetvoření. Součástí řešení je rovněž úprava bezprostředního okolí domu, zachování zeleně a optimalizace pohybu na pozemku.

Objekt je navržen s důrazem na otevřené dispozice, plynulou návaznost jednotlivých prostorů a maximální propojení interiéru s exteriérem. Střešní okna a velkorysé otvory umožňují hluboký prostup denního světla do dispozice a vytvářejí proměnlivou atmosféru v průběhu dne.

Projekt klade důraz na kontrast mezi původní a novou architekturou, přičemž zachovává čitelnost obou vrstev. Cílem nebylo vytvořit repliku, ale soudobý dům respektující původní strukturu a charakter místa.

The project addresses the complete transformation of the existing structure into a fully functional family house. The proposal includes partial demolition, reconstruction of the remaining volume, and its architectural and functional redefinition. The scope of the project also involves the immediate surroundings, preservation of greenery, and optimization of movement across the site.

The building is designed with an emphasis on open-plan layouts, spatial continuity, and strong connections between interior and exterior spaces. Roof windows and generously sized openings allow daylight to penetrate deep into the interior, creating a dynamic and evolving atmosphere throughout the day.

The design deliberately works with the contrast between the original structure and contemporary architectural interventions, maintaining the legibility of both layers. The aim was not to replicate the past, but to create a contemporary home that respects the existing structure and the character of the place.
