Leisure center

Idea projektu

The leisure center is located on the territory of a landscape park on the embankment of the river Tmaka in Tver.
The main purpose of this project is to create an environment for comfortable pastime, recreation and cultural leisure of residents of the city Tver.

Popis projektu

On the ground floor there is a lobby, which is directly adjacent to a spacious foyer, which is a two-light hall. On the same floor there is an exhibition space with an adjoining library, a conference room and an administrative part. In the opposite part there is a full-service cafe for 50 places with panoramic windows overlooking the park. The main room on the ground floor is a universal auditorium for 160 people, adjacent to it is a group of rooms serving the stage, which makes it possible to use this space for events of various kinds: from film screenings to theatrical performances.
On the second floor of the leisure center there is a group of classrooms. There is also a dance class here. The spacious foyer of the second floor is illuminated through a glazed opening in the roof of the building, which in turn plays on the overall expressiveness of the exterior of the center.

Technické informace

The structural system of the facility is combined. Walls and columns are used as the supporting framework. Large-span structures were used for the hall - a truss on columns with a pitch of 6 m. A concrete base. Lightweight concrete was used as wall materials, fiberglass was used for
facade elements. Glass panels on a metal frame were used for the glazed parts of the building. There is a sports and children's playground, an open-air amphitheater, as well as a small courtyard for walking directly behind the building.
