Technické informace

The waterproofing issue is the part we need to address, as the existing roof does not have this function. All peripheral components of the new structure comply with modern thermal and technical standards, and can integrate all necessary building electromechanical systems including heating, air conditioning, cooling, and lighting. The attic space itself does not require any new technology or insulation measures to be added. The new structure reflects contemporary architectural features, while the original building retains its historical texture and atmosphere. In the attic, we will set up a permanent exhibition showcasing the historical evolution of Zahradki village from prehistoric times to the present day. In addition, we will also perform a mechanical upgrade on the newly added attic section, while retaining the basic wooden structure, adding new structural elements, optimizing and upgrading, repairing the old as it is, and engaging in a dialogue between the old and the new.
Standardize the boundaries of the atrium, cut off some of the floor slabs, clean up a high space, and then adopt the strategy of stairs circling around the structure to create interaction between the stairs and the original structure and beams. The entire staircase will become a pathway for visitors to the exhibition hall, leading them to shuttle around, stop and enjoy the scenery, and becoming a part of the exhibition experience. Elevate the architectural layout from two-dimensional to three-dimensional, achieving four-dimensional interaction in time and space from ancient times to the present.
The newly constructed wooden floor slabs and roof further reinforce the existing stone walls, making the entire building complex more stable. The combination of traditional construction techniques with modern technologies such as plywood and dry construction not only preserves historical charm but also enhances structural performance. And further based on the original construction method
