When working with the settlement project, the goal was to create a vibrant, multi-valued environment, both architectural and urban.

Popis projektu

The main place of development was the public core of the territory - the square. In its structure, we wanted to achieve layering, and when working with architecture, references to white-stone Russian buildings where the arch and the arcature rows became the main means of expression. These characteristics, as well as the use of different approaches to the interpretation of traditional architecture, combined in the image of a Cabbage Patch.

Technické informace

When developing the planning structure of the village, it was important to pay attention to public areas. Thus, boulevards appeared on the main streets, an embankment framed the river, courtyards formed, and the approach to the square was emphasized by the consolidation of buildings and the appearance of additional public buildings.

The general structure of the streets develops around the core - the square, which is located on one side of the Kotorosl River, which flows nearby.
