Idea projektu

Creating an accessible, inviting, and vibrant neighborhood that captivates and attracts residents and visitors alike, even within challenging terrains that might typically be overlooked. Thoughtfully integrating all essential amenities and services for citizens into a harmonious and cohesive urban mosaic, where every element complements the next to form a thriving community.

Popis projektu

Analyzing the terrain and contours guided essential adjustments to optimize neighborhood usability and natural integration. The challenging terrain inspired innovative design solutions, enhancing accessibility and community cohesion.

A carefully planned co-housing area in the northern section resolves previous clustering issues, promoting both privacy and community interaction. Near educational facilities, additional recreational courts cater to children and adults, encouraging active and communal lifestyles. Strategically distributed children's playgrounds ensure equitable access for all residents.

Central to the design is a gentle, continuous ramp that seamlessly connects neighborhood areas, significantly improving accessibility and safety by reducing the need for informal trails. This inclusive pathway system ensures easy mobility for all residents, regardless of physical capability.

Overall, the project harmonizes practical functionality with aesthetic appeal, resulting in a vibrant, inclusive, and sustainable community environment that thoughtfully integrates accessibility, communal amenities, and terrain-responsive design.

Technické informace

This project emphasizes eco-friendly principles, integrating the unique identity of the neighborhood—Vneshta, meaning vineyards—through dedicated vineyard spaces. Terrain-responsive adjustments optimize usability, enhancing accessibility and community interaction. The main road facilitates pedestrian flow while calming vehicular traffic via strategically placed parking and green strips. A thoughtfully designed co-housing area promotes communal living, supported by collective vineyards. Additionally, wooden ramps seamlessly connect various neighborhood spaces, ensuring inclusive accessibility and reducing reliance on informal trails. Overall, the design balances sustainability, aesthetics, and functionality, creating a vibrant, cohesive, and ecologically responsible community environment.
