Idea projektu

The idea behind the project was to create a unique village where everyone can find everything they need for a comfortable life. Everything is provided for here: from private plots of land to modern beauty parlours. The main goal was not just to divide the field into plots, but also to form a lively public space with a square, public buildings, a picturesque embankment and a cosy park. This project aims to create a harmonious environment where people can enjoy socialising and spend time with family and friends.

The project consists of several harmoniously planned zones, each of which plays its own unique role. The main part is the square, where the public buildings are located in a refined neoclassical style. There are also various children's playgrounds, and in the centre of the square a large oak tree - a symbol of eternity and hope - stands majestically.
The embankment and the square are connected by a picturesque park filled with various areas for sports and recreation, where everyone can find an atmosphere for a relaxing pastime.
As for the residential plots, they offer many options. Overlooking the seafront and the park, two-storey houses with balconies and cosy small plots are provided. Other options include one and two-storey houses, with and without garages, with large and medium-sized plots.
Thus, everyone will be able to choose what will be to their liking. All houses are made in the same style, creating a harmonious whole, where cosiness and comfort rule.

Technické informace

Each plot has its own water supply system: borehole, well and septic tank, which ensures comfortable living. At the same time, a common gas and electricity supply system is installed to save resources.
On the territory of the village there are wide and convenient asphalt roads with two lanes of width 3500 mm. Comfortable pavements laid with paving tiles ensure the safety of pedestrians and aesthetically complement the overall appearance.
For active recreation of residents there are sports grounds with high-quality rubber coating, which makes sports activities as comfortable and safe as possible.
