Idea projektu

Ecological architecture - sustainable development architecture
Ecological architecture (or sustainable architecture) started in the second half of the 20th century and became an inevitable trend of world architecture in the 21st century. It is expected as a comprehensive solution to deal with the attack of urban civilization, commenting on the wide range as well as the main launch of contemporary architectural style, evaluating in the narrow category of the architectural industry.
According to Malaysian architect Ken Yeang: Architectural style, construction techniques and building materials can change over time, but the basic weather and climate factors do not change.

From there, the idea arose that modern architecture must be suitable for the weather conditions and natural landscape of the area, not the type of box-shaped houses with air-conditioning systems that make the architecture look generic and can be placed anywhere.
High-rise architectural solutions pay attention to the interaction of architecture with the surrounding environment, by determining the direction of wind, sunlight, types of louvers, natural ventilation methods, etc.

Some solutions such as: bringing greenery into high-rise architecture, creating two layers of outer wall, roof covered with greenery and sunshades, using courtyards to create natural ventilation, save energy, and bring people closer to nature.

Not only Hanoi, but also large cities in Vietnam or more broadly in the region, are struggling to solve the problem of accommodation and living for the young generation: students and new workers. The lack of living space, accommodation, sleeping from boarding houses, to spaces for entertainment, connection, and study.

The building is a multifunctional space complex, an alliance of young student generations, creating a living environment, exchanging, connecting amenities to create the best conditions for the development of the country's future young generation.

With the orientation of sustainable communal living in the future, the building is designed with a combination of blocks suitable for responding to local microclimates, flexible space, modular, easy to change functions. Combined with carbon reduction solutions are sustainable and optimized materials such as high-performance glass, vertical green walls

Popis projektu

The project aims to solve social problems. Therefore, the main focus and organization of functional spaces.
Target audience and direct users are: domestic and foreign students Clear shape layout, fun shapes, fresh & attractive color scheme
The project aims at sustainability, and can flexibly change the purpose of use

➔ To shape functional areas and combine with the problem of microclimate treatment: east-west heat radiation, ventilation, ..

Overall site plan: Clearly laid out with the approach to the main project pushed back towards the intersection, where there is good visibility and less dispute over construction density
The land will have 2 main connecting axes from 2 major access roads. From there, create a smooth traffic route between the road, main construction, and auxiliary garden.

* The project is inspired by the Rubik's cube - a familiar game for young people, both entertaining and training thinking... also a part of the clubhouse's orientation.

From the flexibility of the Rubik's cube, come up with the following options:
- module
- block separation
- division of functions

The land will have 2 main connecting axes from 2 large access roads

Thereby creating a continuous traffic route between the traffic road, main construction, and auxiliary garden.

• Floors 8, 9: Similar to the 2 floors below in terms of function and organization
However, there is an additional change in the interspersed green trees and common space to create flexibility in architectural form.

• 10th floor: Repeats 1 green floor, allowing students from the lower and upper sleeping blocks to access to relax, rest, chat and find creative ideas.
Floor plan is both a green space to help ventilate and harmonize the air for the project, and a technical floor to collect electricity, water and air- conditioning pipes to the common axis.

With a capacity of 1015 motorbikes, and 33 cars

Along with an underground water tank for daily life and fire fighting with a capacity of 1200m3
Organization of blocks / facades

Inspired by the Rubik's cube, the facade block is a combination of square modules with random sizes according to the functional plan.
Combining a vertical green wall system and a colorful sunshade system is a solution to make the project more attractive and eye-catching.

Technické informace

Technical and technological part

The project has uniform column steps of 8.4x8.4m, relatively long, Therefore, the Project proposes a plan to use reinforced concrete
structures - Beamless floors (Uboot box floors) work very well with column steps exceeding large spans.
Conson flight position, combined Concrete - Steel Structure to transmit load.

From the direction of sustainable living, the envelope is also calculated, selected and combined with sustainable materials, while integrating energy saving and carbon reduction solutions.

Water uses a water tank stored in the basement, combined with the reuse of rainwater to supply the automatic drip irrigation system on the vertical wall and green carpet.
