Creation of a multi-level parking on three floors in the center of Tomsk to solve the problem of lack of parking spaces and improve the transport situation.
This project is aimed at improving the quality of life of citizens and reducing traffic jams.
To solve the problem of congestion of cars near the large shopping center "Manege".

Popis projektu

The project is a low-rise industrial building with parking for 300 cars, located at the intersection of Bering and Sergey Lazo streets in Tomsk. The facility is designed to accommodate passenger cars on three ground levels in order to increase transport accessibility and enhance the level of service to the surrounding area.

The outdoor parking lot has a monolithic frame structure with light fences, which allows for natural ventilation and illumination at all levels. Using this approach reduces electricity consumption and increases the fire-safe properties of the structure.

The facade of the building is harmoniously integrated into the urban environment, preserving the ease of perception of the structure and providing visual permeability. During the design, the advantages of the landscape, traffic flows and the direction of traffic on adjacent highways were taken into account.

The project meets modern standards and regulations that make it possible to efficiently organize car storage, reduce congestion on adjacent streets and provide people with easy and safe access to transport.
