"EKATO" is more than just a yacht club; it's a philosophy of life embodied on Odesa's picturesque coastline. Our complex is a synthesis of modern luxury and timeless antique aesthetics, crafted for those who appreciate perfection and maritime traditions. Our concept is a harmonious fusion of modern functionality and elegant restraint, gracefully interwoven with sophisticated references to the grandeur of antiquity.

Yacht-complex is designed in a monumental style with an emphasis on the rhythm of arched openings, symmetry and scale of forms. The main façade is decorated with arcades and symmetrically built volumes, united in the form of a closed square with an open courtyard. The space in front of the building is also decorated with architectural elements that support the overall style - these are semi-arched colonnades, smoothly outlining the park area and the entrance square.
It is a sports and entertainment center or a sailing center. Includes a yacht club, gym, spa, restaurant, beauty salon and a hotel.

Overview of the "EKATO" Yacht Club and Hotel Complex Project
The "EKATO" project is a multifunctional complex situated in picturesque Odesa on the Black Sea coast. Its architectural style blends modern aesthetics with subtle references to antique classicism. The total built-up area (plot area) is 2900 sq.m., with the above-ground building area reaching 4500 sq.m., distributed across 3 floors (plus underground levels).

Infrastructure:

Yacht Club: Offers 50 berths (yacht spaces) with a total length exceeding 200 meters, designed for small craft. All berths are equipped with electricity, water, Wi-Fi, and wastewater pump-out stations.
Hotel: Features 14 luxurious 5-star rooms with a total area of 1800 sq.m., ensuring a high level of comfort and service.
Restaurant: Has a seating capacity of 120, offering exquisite dining.
SPA Complex: Spans 350 sq.m., providing a wide range of relaxation and wellness services.
Parking: Surface external parking is provided, which is not included in the total built-up area.
Engineering and Structural Solutions:

The building is constructed with a monolithic reinforced concrete frame, ensuring strength and durability. The facade is finished with gas concrete and plaster, and the roofing is flat. Engineering systems are centralized, including water supply, sewerage, and a modern HVAC system based on heat pumps. The complex is equipped with automatic fire suppression and alarm systems, as well as a comprehensive security system featuring video surveillance and access control.
