Idea projektu

The idea of creating the project is based on the local legend of cyclopes, which can be heard from residents of neighboring villages. Therefore, it was important to preserve a piece of the mythical past that could catch anyone who appreciates the mysteries of history and the magic of folk tales.

Popis projektu

The project of the settlement, located in the Brest region, near the village of Malye Sukharevichi, was developed taking into account the preservation and transformation of an old abandoned quarry into a picturesque recreational park. A good landing on the projected territory provides the potential for long-term development in all directions. All public buildings are within walking distance, which increases the comfort level of residents. There are different types of buildings in the project: blockaded, manor and rental. The main goal of the project is a favorable living environment that combines modern standards with the natural landscape.
