The concept of the project is to express Bashkir national identity through the functional purpose of architecture. The project is inspired by traditional Bashkir cuisine, specifically the authentic dish Umas Ashy. The goal is to bring people together through shared cultural heritage by the means of food.
The project is a mid-rise residential building.
The ground floor features a gourmet shop, a coffee shop and a restaurant. Gourmet shop is a specialty store offering everything needed for cooking. Coffee shop is place offering Bashkir honey syrups and herbal teas. Restaurant is a two-storey space serving authentic Bashkir cuisine, where the chefs have reimagined traditional dishes and adapted them to modern tastes.
Fifth floor features an event space, which is a dedicated communal area for residents only. Equipped with soundproofing and a kitchen, this space is ideal for lively celebrations.
Rooftop features a barbecue area. It is an area designed for cooking national dishes over an open fire. This private zone, equipped with stoves, is reserved exclusively for residents.
The building is made of brick. Copper cladding panels are installed on the protruding parts of the elevation. These panels are engraved with traditional Bashkir ornamental patterns.
