The project of the modern village "Red Brick Line" is a picturesque area where historical buildings harmoniously combine with modern houses. This place will not only be attractive to live in, but also preserve cultural heritage. The idea of this project is a combination of historical charm and modern comfort in a village where all the houses are built of red brick, and the village center is a newly built historical area. This creates a unique atmosphere that unites the past and the future.

Village center: In the heart of the village there will be a square with historical buildings, which include: shops, a shopping alley, cafes and restaurants, museums and multifunctional clusters. These buildings will serve as a venue for cultural events, exhibitions, fairs and concerts.

Residential areas: All houses in the village will be built of high-quality red brick, which will ensure durability and aesthetic appeal. The architectural style of the buildings will be modern.

Public spaces: The spaces around the center will be decorated with parks, alleys, playgrounds and recreation areas where residents can enjoy nature and socialize.

Cultural institutions: There will be cultural centers in the village where residents can study and take part in activities aimed at preserving and studying historical heritage.

Environmental friendliness and sustainable development:The project will focus on the use of environmentally friendly technologies and materials, as well as on the preservation of the surrounding nature.


Community and interaction: The idea of the project is also to create an active community of people who will support local production, crafts and traditions based on the principles of mutual assistance and cooperation.
