Idea projektu

Developed to create a modern and comfortable residential space for 30,000 residents, taking into account the peculiarities of the location between the railroad and the 2nd longitudinal highway.

The main idea is to create a sustainable and safe neighborhood with developed social infrastructure.

Popis projektu

It is envisaged to create sanitary protection zones along the railroad and the 2nd longitudinal highway. This includes the creation of noise protection from green spaces, reducing the negative impact of transport routes on the neighborhood.

The main road running through the neighborhood is turned into a wide boulevard with pedestrian and bicycle paths, green spaces and recreational areas.


To provide access to sports and recreational areas on the coastal part of the neighborhood, a pedestrian promenade is built over the railroad. This allows residents to reach recreational facilities safely and comfortably.
