The idea behind the project is to create a modern living space integrated into the urban environment and offering residents a unique combination of convenience, functionality and proximity to nature. A house where commerce enlivens the street, and the rooftop garden becomes a quiet oasis for relaxation and communication.

Harmony of form and function: Concept of a residential building with commercial space and a rooftop park
Inspired by the principles of modern architecture, we present a project of a low-rise residential building, where the aesthetics of minimalism are combined with functionality and attention to the needs of city residents.
Architectural solution: The building is a laconic volume, designed in white with graphic black accents. Clear lines of the facade emphasize the modern character of the building. The ground floor is reserved for commercial premises, creating a lively and dynamic environment. Large stained-glass windows provide maximum illumination and visual connection with the street.

Rooftop park: A special element of the project is the exploitable roof, transformed into a cozy park. This is a unique space where residents can relax in the fresh air, enjoy the greenery and panoramic views of the city. It provides recreation areas with comfortable furniture, landscaped gardening with perennial plants and an automatic irrigation system. Functionality and comfort: The residential floors offer modern apartment layouts focused on maximum comfort and functionality. Each apartment has large windows, balconies or loggias providing natural light and ventilation.

Technical specification of the project
When planning the construction of a low-rise residential building, aerated concrete blocks are considered as the main material for the walls. This is due to their thermal insulation properties, ease of installation and affordable price.
For a low-rise house made of aerated concrete, a strip foundation is chosen. The walls are erected from aerated concrete blocks laid on special glue. To increase the strength and stability of the structure, every few rows of masonry are reinforced with steel reinforcement. Reinforced concrete slabs are used for floors, as they are stronger and more durable, but create an additional load on the foundation.
