Idea projektu

This design project idea focus on a nine story mixed-used high-rise building located in a urban area. The objective is to create a vertical neighborhood that integrate diverse function include residential spaces and retail and commercial spaces by prioritising the comfort of the users. Furthermore the design will prioritize the creation of interactive spaces to meet the needs of residents, visitors and the surrounding community.
The building form is inspired by a stepped for wind circulation.
The project adopts a green design approach by integrating vegetated balconies, which provide natural sun shading and contribute to improve thermal comfort for users.

Popis projektu

This project serves multiple functions, including:

Residential Function: It comprises two penthouses, four 2+1 apartments, and eight 1+1 apartments, providing a variety of living options for different household sizes.

Retail and Commercial Function: The building includes office floors, a small bank, a retail shop, a compact supermarket, a gym, and a restaurant, catering to both professional and everyday needs of residents and visitors.
