SHELL RESIDENTIAL MODULE DESIGN PROJECT

Idea projektu

The idea is to create a unit of a residential module using a common theme of the shaping style - bionics. The shape of the snail shell.

I used a bionic shape like a snail shell as a basis for generating ideas. I looked at several different forms of shells and their types. The choice of such an unusual and interesting shape was not accidental by me. After all, the snail shell is one of the famous natural objects symbolizing the golden ratio. This compositional technique is an excellent solution for creating an unusual, bionic shape. Slight asymmetry unexpectedly gives us a feeling of harmony and peace.
Having decided on the shape, I started creating a planning solution. Based on the shape, I decided that I would create a one-room apartment module with an area of 40 square meters.I have allocated several zones in my apartment unit. This is a living area, a kitchen area, a bathroom and a small hallway.
