RESIDENTIAL MODULE SEASHELL

Idea projektu

The main idea of this project is to create a residential module in bionic style. The inspiration was a seashell. It was taken as the basis for the shape of the module. In the face of urbanisation and environmental challenges such as climate change, bionic approaches to housing design, inspired by natural forms and processes, allow for the development of innovative architectural solutions that use resources efficiently and minimise negative environmental impact.

Popis projektu

This project consists of 2 main parts.
The upper part presents the view shots.
The rest of the project shows the module shape finding, first and second floor plans, axonometry. Also an important part of the project is the masterplan, which shows the combinatorial options. A section is shown for a better understanding of the project. And finally the facades of the module.

Technické informace

The structural design of a residential module includes a frame system made of durable materials such as steel and wood, providing stability and flexibility in layout. The external walls consist of heat and sound insulating sandwich panels and the roof is flat. The module is equipped with large windows for natural light and ventilation, as well as modern engineering systems, including electricity, water and heating. The interior space is organised with ergonomics in mind, including areas for rest, sleep and kitchen, creating a comfortable and functional living environment.
