the basic concept of this project is the idea of ​​creating a modern, urban residential complex in the conditions of the far north.
In northern latitudes, where snowfalls and strong winds pass all year round, it is difficult to implement architectural solutions for functional courtyards, complex facades and, of course, options for terraced houses are not considered. but the idea of ​​combining two architectural techniques in the form of an atrium structure and a terraced house, as a result, gives a solution for public spaces that function all year round and are protected from precipitation and adversity. modern design techniques and parametric forms of the shell give the building a modern look and expand its functional properties
