Fire station building in the village of Chekeril

Idea projektu

The architecture of the building is based on the image of fire and water. The plastics on the facades are stylized with frozen flames as a symbol of holding and fighting fires. The purple crystalline “fire” is frozen on the centerpiece of the building, and only its echoes and shadows run along the rest of the facade.
The element of water is used in a kind of tunnel of waterfalls at the entrance area to the building, which are like a curtain to protect and guide the guest.
On the territory there is a recreational area in the form of a garden with an artificial pond.
The depot also resembles ice blocks - a reference to the ski resort located in the village.

Popis projektu

The fire station is designed in the eastern part of the Chekeril neighborhood, on Hero Mikhail Zevakhin Street.
The fire station area shall be subdivided into zones:
- production (garage-parking for reserve equipment in the north, storage facilities in the east);
- training and sports (training tower, hundred-meter obstacle course, water reservoir, sports fields in the northeast, complex
- residential (residential building with playgrounds and parking lot in the southeast)
- recreational (garden with artificial pond in the north);

The main entrance to the building is on the west side and is highlighted by the waterfall-shaded sidewalks leading up to it. On the south side of the depot there is an entrance for employees. Garage - with a through driveway.
Color solution: the project proposes to perform the main design of the object in light gray and gray-blue colors, as well as accent solutions of purple color. (Purple is like an intermediate between red - fire and blue - water)

Technické informace

Materials: exterior finishing of the building facades is made of composite panels of gray and purple color. The windows are filled with impact resistant shatterproof glass and polycarbonate plastic. Washing and cleaning rooms are lined with moisture resistant materials.
Foundation: pile foundation with reinforced steel frame with a monolithic reinforced concrete top part.
Structural system: rack and beam structural system.
In the garage block: posts - columns I-beam 35sh2, transoms 70sh2 and purlins 20sh2 - support of the floor monolithic on profiled sheeting and coverings.
In the public block: reinforced concrete columns and I-beams; the use of monolithic reinforced concrete cover slabs is projected
Exterior wall: sandwich panel 170.
Internal walls: brick 120.
Flat roof on corrugated sheet with wedge-shaped insulation boards for sloping.
Filling of openings: glazing.
