Idea projektu

This villa is a dream realized in the heart of Hanoi. Situated between Yen Hoa Street and Yen Phu Street, the plot features a unique slope: Yen Hoa Street is approximately 3-4 meters lower than Yen Phu Street, equivalent to one floor. This is not just a house, but a home deeply imprinted with the personalities of its owners—a painter and an architect. The architectural concept is a soft, guiding curve that embraces the inner courtyard, symbolizing a warm embrace protecting the central yard of the house. Notably, large glass panels are designed with outward-curving angles, not only maximizing natural light but also creating a fluid and distinctive appearance for the structure. Every small detail reflects creative individuality and the desire to create a living space that is both artistic and connected to the natural beauty of West Lake.

Popis projektu

The house is divided into four floors, each with a distinct function, skillfully designed to accommodate the plot's slope.
* Access Points: The house has two main access points. The first entrance from Yen Hoa Street's First Floor leads into the main living space of the villa. The second entrance from Yen Phu Street's First Floor leads into the garage and gallery. Although both are referred to as "First Floor," they are actually on two different elevations due to the sloping terrain.
* Yen Hoa Street's First Floor (Yen Phu Street's Ground Floor): This level houses the art studio for the father (painter) and mother (architect). The living room is adjacent to the swimming pool, creating an open, relaxing space that blends with nature.
* Yen Hoa Street's Second Floor (Yen Phu Street's First Floor): This is the central floor, where the family gathers and art is displayed. A small gallery is arranged to showcase artworks. Additionally, the dining room, kitchen, and common living area are designed as interconnected spaces, fostering warmth and connection.
* Yen Hoa Street's Third Floor (Yen Phu Street's Second Floor): This is the private area for family members. This floor includes the parents' master bedroom, a study, and two bedrooms for the children. All rooms are designed to receive natural light and offer beautiful views, providing a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere.
* Yen Hoa Street's Rooftop (Yen Phu Street's Third Floor): The uppermost floor is a place for relaxation and spiritual contemplation. It features a small rooftop garden, a miniature pond, and a quiet prayer room. There's also an auxiliary bedroom and a laundry room. This is an ideal spot for the family to enjoy fresh air, admire the scenery, and find serenity.

Technické informace

The house is constructed with modern materials such as glass and white walls, creating an elegant, minimalist aesthetic. The large glass panels are designed with outward-curving angles, not only maximizing natural light and extending views of West Lake, but also making the space feel more open and softly connected to the outdoors. The sun louvers are attached to the large curved glass panels, which not only adapt well to Hanoi's tropical monsoon climate but also create a striking aesthetic appeal.
