Winemaker's private house

Ksenia Smagina

Idea projektu

The idea of this project is that a private house has a purpose. It is designed for a winemaker. A person of this profession needs to have a place to store and produce wine. It is the presence of a large basement that distinguishes this house from others. Another key value for a winemaker is a spacious living room to receive customers there. And also the obligatory presence of a car, since the house is in the country. I tried to solve all these problems in my project. The color scheme of the project and the choice of facade finishing are inspired by white wine and oak barrels stored in stone cellars.

Popis projektu

In addition to the house on the general plan we see a plot with wide gates and a spacious parking lot, as well as a shaded carport. The house itself also has a garage. Behind the house there is a bathhouse, barbecue area, greenhouse for grapes and an orchard. We go up to the open terrace and enter the house, we find ourselves in the hallway, to the right of us begins the staircase to the second floor, where there is a bathroom and a bedroom, and straight ahead we see a corridor. From the corridor you can get to the bathroom or go a little further to get to a large room of 43 square meters, with a second light and high ceilings. This room combines three functions, the kitchen area, living room and dining room. There is also a small pantry. From the living room we can get to the bedroom, basement, and boiler room. The basement is an important part of the house, it is divided into two rooms - a room for storing wine and a room for processing berries and fermentation. However, let's go up from the basement and go to the second light, this is an open second floor with glazing. There is a playroom there. This concludes the tour of the winemaker's house.

Technické informace

In this house I use a frameless structural system and a strip foundation, aerated concrete is used in construction, the facades are faced with decorative wood and cobblestone. The floor slabs are standard. The roof is rafter, covered with a standing seam roofing.
