Istoki is a place where nature and man exist in harmony. The natural landscape plays an important role in the formation of the microdistrict.

Popis projektu

Microdistrict, located on the territory of 21 hectares, Brest district. Particular attention is paid to environmentally friendly technologies and infrastructure, minimizing the impact on the environment. The number of storeys of residential buildings decreases as they approach the Mukhavets River, opening a view of the neighboring bank and a biological reserve of local importance. The microdistrict includes block and multi-apartment residential development. Kindergartens and schools are within walking distance.
The project is aimed at creating a comfortable, functional and environmentally sustainable living environment, where each resident will find the necessary conditions for work and rest.
