Idea projektu

Modern life increasingly isolates us from meaningful human connection and nature. This project confronts that disconnect by creating *a sanctuary designed to revive authentic communication* — a home that actively fosters interaction, presence, and shared experiences. Nestled in a serene forest near a village, it answers the urgent need for spaces where families and communities can unplug, reconnect with the natural world, and rediscover conversation beyond screens.

*Design as the Solution:*
Every architectural choice serves this vision:
- *Terrace as a Gathering Stage:* The panoramic terrace isn’t just a view—it’s an invitation to gather, dine outdoors, and share stories against a backdrop of forests and mountains.
- *Hearth-Centered Living:* The 32m² living-dining area with its fireplace becomes the literal and metaphorical heart of the home, drawing people together for warmth, meals, and connection.
- *Split-Level Fluidity:* By adapting to the steep terrain with interconnected levels, the layout encourages movement and spontaneous interaction, avoiding isolated "rooms".
- *Nature as Co-Designer:* Large windows and sun-facing orientation blur boundaries between indoors and outdoors, making the landscape a constant participant in daily life.

*Sustainability as Community Ethos:*
Green features like *solar panels* and passive heating aren’t just technical additions—they embody a philosophy of responsibility toward the land that hosts these connections. Traditional materials (stone, timber, brick) root the home in its context, reminding residents of their place within a larger ecosystem.

*The Outcome:*
More than a house for six people, this is a *place of return*—to conversation, to nature, and to each other. It proves that sustainable design can nurture not just the environment, but the human relationships that thrive within it.
