Idea projektu

This project, is an architectural proposal designed to transform a deteriorating site into a multifunctional complex focused on families with children. It integrates three primary functions: a kindergarten (as the original purpose), rental accommodation for families, and a co-working space. The vision is to create a "living organism" that responds to user needs and the surrounding High Tatras environment, blending education, relaxation, and workation (work + vacation) opportunities. The design emphasizes minimalism, material honesty, and a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, aiming to revive the locality while respecting its natural context.
