Idea projektu

The main conceptual idea of the project is to divide the market into blocks by product category. So, vegetables and fruits, meat and fish, dairy products are distributed in separate volumes. At the same time, the building is a single whole - the blocks are connected by passageways on the second floor, where the accompanying trade is located.

Popis projektu

The first floor is represented by shopping malls in each of the blocks. Meanwhile, on the second floor, there are cafes with dining areas, a second light and large terraces, where in summer visitors can enjoy dishes made from fresh produce outdoors overlooking a park area rich in greenery.
The project was created to show the possibility of dividing different products into separate blocks, observing the norms.

Technické informace

The structural scheme of the building is a frame one. The main material is reinforced concrete. Overlaps of large spaces are carried out using metal trusses.
