Design solutions are aimed at eliminating the misuse of space. The planned territory is located in the historical center of a small town. Due to the lack of plans for the use of the facility, a warehouse and machine repair stations were organized in the buildings of the estate. The project proposes the organization of a multifunctional public space with a dominant commercial function. The public function will preserve the historical appearance of the space and popularize the care of architecture in the city.

The project includes the reconstruction of historical heritage, the dismantling of disharmonious buildings and the arrangement of internal spaces. The scale of the intervention is commensurate with the general trend in the development of the area, so that new interventions do not look extraneous. The main conceptual solution is to develop a creative cluster so that representatives of creative professions can be next to each other and generate joint ideas. The restaurant and the event area will attract residents of the city to the territory and ensure the commercial success of the complex. The main feature is the openness of the space for creative ideas and the neutrality of the architectural appearance.

Technické informace

The main building material is brick. All historical buildings restored according to the drawings are made of it. The new designs are made of glass and steel, to give weightlessness and neutrality.
