The park project was based on the concept of creating a park zone, consisting of 80% green spaces, for a residential area located in the center of the city of Rostov-on-Don and in need of improvement

This project, located on the banks of the Don River, is a "green oasis" in a noisy urban environment. The "ÉLEMENT EAU" park consists of a multi-level space that allows the development of a person's spatial perception. Within the framework of the project, it is proposed to create a multifunctional area with 80% green spaces, and consisting of zones: an amphitheater,
skateboards, playgrounds and a large number of recreation areas, both near the water and throughout the park. The special significance and uniqueness of the complex is given by artificially created hills, which have not only an aesthetic role, but also a functional one: sun protection and isolation.

Technické informace

This park is located next to a new building with 700 apartments, and this area will serve the people living not only in this house, but also the people living in the area and will also attract the attention of a huge number of tourists.
Artificial hills made of concrete and hollow inside simultaneously create a favorable environment and provide access to water and gas pipes. Also on a large hill there is an amphitheater and a beautiful area for relaxation.
