Idea projektu

The garden park hotel is located in the Dalmatia region and is washed by the Velebit Channel. The hotel includes 4 types of accommodation, a shopping center, a campsite and a marina. We designed two-level residential houses with a pool and terraces with a view of the sea.
The advantage and feature of our houses is a natural and local stone - shell, which is cheap, easily available and ideal for the construction of low buildings, especially on the coast.
Also, the plus of our houses are deep terraces that protect from the hot sun in summer and strong wind in winter - Levant.
Our houses are aimed at family vacations with children, so there is a shallow pool and a children's playground. Also, there are no thorny or prickly plants on the territory, which can cause allergies in sensitive people.
Plants: since Croatia is located in a subtropical climate zone, it allows growing a wide range of plants: olive, pomegranate, orange, oleander, lemon, tangerine, fig, peach, bamboo. It is worth noting that at the design site there were terraces with olive trees, cypresses and pines. That is, you can try to preserve the existing vegetation and enrich it with the designed one.

Technické informace

Structures: As Croatia is in a seismically active area, we offer reinforced concrete and limestone masonry construction with a reinforced belt. The foundation is on piles with a depth of approximately 5-7 m, because the design takes place on a slope and on the coast, which means a multi-layered soil and loam.
The layout of the house is typical and includes apartments with different number of bedrooms. That is, they are universal. The area around the house is equipped with ramps for inclusive people and mothers with strollers.
