The project consists of the following components, commercial center, apartments, private villas, hotel, campground, marina, and park. The main areas are commercial center, condominiums, private villas, hotels.

ZONE 1, four storey apartment buildings, (ground floor + 3 levels)

ZONE 4, commercial centre
ZONE 5, private one storey villas
